TC Food Justice / SolSta Records Food Drive

This has been a trying last couple of weeks for people here in the Twin Cities. We have heard from more than a few people that they are concerned for their well being and have chosen to stay home. We've seen an uptick in packages being shipped here in our own metro area.

We want to take this opportunity to support our neighbors. We are asking for your help to FILL THE TRUCK.

Traditionally, the Rockin' Roller has been used as an instrument of commerce to sell vinyl outside of our brick and mortar. For the foreseeable future, we want to use it as an instrument of social good. We will be taking donations of non perishable food items to help people in our community.

What We Are Looking For:

Canned Fruits
Canned Vegetables
Canned Soup
Canned Meat (Tuna/Chicken)
Boxed Meals
Cereal
Shelf-stable Milk
Rice, dry beans, & dry noodles

Hygiene (tooth brush, toothpaste, tampons, soap, toilet paper, etc)

All Other Non-Perishable Foods

Please remember - the people you are donating to are our friends and neighbors. Don't donate anything you wouldn't personally eat yourself. Just because someone needs help and support doesn't mean you should give them something expired or unhealthy.

Donations will be packed by TC Food Justice volunteers into grocery bags that go directly to people’s homes.

If you still want to make an impact but would rather volunteer your time, visit the TC Food Justice Website.

We can also accept monetary donations and we can use the money to purchase food. Contact us if you'd like to do this.
