First TIme on Vinyl. Point #1 is the debut album from Chicago based multi-platinum rock band Chevelle. Point #1 which was released in the spring of 1999 was produced by the icon of indie rock Steve Albini who is known for working with The Pixies, Cheap Trick, Nirvana, PJ Harvey, and Bush just to name a few.
